Only the number of guests listed on your booking are allowed on the property. • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors — this is a peaceful residential area. • No smoking or vaping inside the house or near open doors/windows. A $350 deep-cleaning fee will apply for violations. • No illegal activities of any kind. • No rearranging furniture or moving indoor items outside. ⸻ 🧹 Cleanliness & Care • Treat the home as you would your own. • Please wipe up spills immediately and avoid placing hot items directly on counters or tables. • Shoes off inside is appreciated to protect flooring. • Before checkout, please: • Wash used dishes or load and start the dishwasher. • Place used towels in the bathroom. • Take out trash to the outdoor bins. • Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostat when you leave. ⸻ 🐾 Pets (if applicable) • Pets must be approved before booking. • Pick up after your pet — inside and out. • No pets on beds or furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply if fur or odor is excessive. ⸻ 🔥 Safety & Security • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security cameras (exterior only), or locks. • Keep doors and windows locked when you leave. • Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them quickly. ⸻ 🚗 Parking • Use only the designated driveway/parking spaces (up to 3 small vehicles or 2 larger SUVs/trucks). • No parking on the lawn or blocking neighbors’ driveways. ⸻ 🏖️ Neighborhood Courtesy • Lincolnville is a historic, quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of music volume and outdoor gatherings. • Respect the charm of the area — no littering or loitering outside the property. ⸻ 💰 Fees & Penalties • Excessive mess, damage, or violation of rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
